Bisk and Florida A&M University to offer e-learning for STEM-focused masters programs

Partnership with HBCU offers courses in desired growing field
TAMPA, FL, UNITED STATES, December 7, 2021 /EINPresswire.com/ – Bisk, a global leader in online education, has announced its partnership with Florida A&M University (FAMU) to offer online master’s degree programs.
Careers in STEM – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics – are in high demand with steady growth over the past 10 years, faster than any other profession. With STEM jobs set to overtake non-STEM jobs in the coming years, Bisk and FAMU will offer flexible online learning options for wider accessibility to FAMU’s STEM degree program.

Bisk’s Learning Design team will convert FAMU’s MSc programs in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics into fully online College of Science and Technology learning. The 5th year Bachelor of Architecture program for Commuters and the Master of Science in Facilities Management program, both from the School of Architecture and Engineering Technology, will also be converted to fully online.

This maintains FAMU as the highest-ranked historically black public college and university (HBCU) for the third year in a row. The university also received funding from the American Rescue Plan (ARP) last spring, designating $ 36 million in student grants for financial aid.
